Blue Cross Technologies support service is offered to our customers with following situations or request;
  • Request of technical support on how to configure or use products bought from this site.
  • Raise an issue or complaint on an item bought on this site which is still under warranty.
  • Request for replacement or fixing of item still under warranty.
  • Request for datasheets, manuals or softwares for products purchased from this site.
